This agreement is between Casey Olson ("Photographer") and the client ("Client") for photography services. By booking a session, the Client agrees to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

• No services will be provided until full payment is received.

• Travel fees or permit costs (if any) will be added to the total and disclosed in advance.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• The retainer is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.

• Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days in advance, and the Photographer will do their best to accommodate.

3. Creative Style & Image Delivery

• The Photographer maintains creative control over editing and image selection.

• Final images delivered will reflect the Photographer’s style and standards.

• Not all images taken during the session will be delivered.

• Digital galleries are delivered within the agreed timeframe.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for being on time, prepared, and for informing the Photographer of any special people, details, or moments they want captured.

• The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lateness, restrictions at the location, weather, or uncooperative individuals.

• Clients are also responsible for any location fees or permits.

5. Copyright & Usage

• All images are copyrighted and owned by the Photographer.

• Clients receive a license, meaning they can print and share images for personal or professional use.

• Images may not be re-sold or altered without written permission.

• The Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional use, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

• Credit to my business is required when using or sharing the images.

6. Liability

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or forces beyond control (weather, accident, etc.), the Photographer’s liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding payments made.

• The Photographer is not responsible for lost or damaged garments, props, or other items.

7. Agreement

Booking with Casey Olson Designs signifies understanding and agreement to the terms listed above. Custom agreements may be created for weddings or commercial projects as needed.
