Return Policy
Since each product is made on-demand, here's how refunds and exchanges work:
Damaged or Misprinted Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, let me know within 30 days of delivery. Just send a photo along with your order number. I will then supply a free replacement or refund, and there's no need to return the faulty item.
Lost in Transit:
If your package doesn’t arrive, contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and I’ll work with the print shop to reship or resolve the issue.
